Here at First Team Auto Mall of Roanoke and New River Valley, we’ve always considered ourselves members of the community first, and a business second. Because of our fantastic customers, we’ve been very fortunate over the years to be able to give back to the community.
With the Coronavirus causing so many hardships, First Team is doing what we can to help during this time of need. A few weeks ago, we made a donation to Feeding America Southwest Virginia food bank that has already supplied over 20,000 meals to Roanoke and New River Valley residents in need. Every dollar donated provides six meals. We believe this is one of the best ways we can help families in our community.
Well it seems we were right…as it turns out, about a week later, Subaru of America announced they were donating 50 Million Meals nationwide through Feeding America! We have joined with Subaru of America to continue donating to our local Feeding America Southwest Virginia food bank, and are thankful to Subaru of America to be a leader in this important cause.
