First Team Donates 100 Bicycles to Toys for Tots!
First Team Auto and K92 have once again teamed up to help Roanoke Valley children! This year First Team Auto Mall in Roanoke is excited to be continuing our support as an official drop-off location for Toys for Tots in the Roanoke Valley. All toys donated will stay in the Roanoke area (Roanoke, Alleghany, Bath, Craig and Botetourt).
Final Day to Drop Off Toys at First Team is Friday, December 13th.
First Team is proud to be able to help each year with the Toys for Tots program. This year, in addition to being a Toys for Tots drop off center, First Team has donated 100 bikes to Roanoke Valley children for them to enjoy! Together, we can make this holiday season more fun and festive for children in need.
First Team also hosted a special Toy Drive with K92 Radio at the Walmart at Clearbrook Village on Saturday, December 7th. Dozens of people stopped to put gifts in the First Team box truck, to be donated to Toys for Tots. Representatives from The Marines were on hand to help with collecting donations as K92 made live broadcasts from the event.
The mission of the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program is to collect new, unwrapped toys during October, November and December each year, and distribute those toys as Christmas gifts to needy children in the community in which the campaign is conducted. First Team is proud to be a part of this amazing program and to give back to our community.
